A week after his first Motegi laps on record, Ryan took it racing and came away quicker than anything in the logbook here, dropping his fastest recorded lap in the second stint. The race got messy early with a single off in the esses, but the response was pure Ryan — he tidied up, sharpened the pace every lap, and reeled off the fastest lap of his day late in the race. Baseline last week, a quicker lap on record this week. The Motegi learning curve is paying off.
