I run Pixelsonly Racing solo, and this has been the most exciting year of the project so far. The progress on both the team and the Race Engineer through the first half of 2026 has been promising, and I see a unique opportunity here to do something different and get real results. I have registered an iRacing team (PIXELSONLY RACING, Team ID 363476), and I want to stand up a roster of drivers to help prove the viability of a virtual Race Engineer system I have been building. It is not a league. It is a methodical, data-first team I am building deliberately, one driver at a time, with the potential to grow into a driver-swap endurance crew.
I would rather give these seats to the right drivers than the first to reply.
The team
- Region: NA and EU. Recruiting across both.
- Racing: Official series now, with Special Events and endurance planned. Sports cars only today, more being considered.
- Commitment: Casual and flexible. Race when you can. The habit I care about is the work you put into your data, not a mandatory grid slot.
The right driver
- Sports car driver with a C license and up. No hard iRating requirement.
- You are intermediate to advanced and want to improve methodically.
- You want insights and coaching over hype. You would rather be told where the time actually is than be told you drove great.

What you get
Drivers on the team run the Race Engineer, a coaching system I have built and am proving out over 2026. It is in private beta with only a handful of seats. It works off your own telemetry and gives you a real read before and after every session: where the lap time is, what is on you versus the car, and what to fix next. Honest feedback, not flattery.
Standout drivers earn a higher ranking on the team and become eligible for sponsorship opportunities, liveries, and other benefits.
